Mountain biking for fitness 10 weekly sessions! Mountain biking regularly improves your stamina, skills and overall fitness. This weekly program is for beginner and slower-paced intermediate riders. The focus is on improving your fitness with some skills tips on the way. There will be lots of pedalling with a focus on 1 or 2 skills to practice each week while we ride. (Rather than technical skills intensives- MTB skills clinics). The program co-insides with the school term. MTB group fitness is for age 16+. Maximum 6 riders.
